Active@Any Age Fitness Center is for anyone who is healthy and fit or who wants to become healthy and fit. It is a 30 minute circuit program that combines strength, cardiovascular and core stabilization training in a safe and social environment.

You'll start with an evaluation by a licensed physical therapist. Based on this evaluation a customized program with instructions will be provided.

- Monthly fee--$24.95 (*no charge if Silver Sneakers member)
- Yearly fee--$239.00 (*no charge if Silver Sneakers member)
